I lost my car keys after a night out on New Year’s Eve, I googled lock smiths near me... there were many but after calling around I received the best customer service via telephone. I was give a great price and a great attitude as well! My car was unlocked and I was given 2 keys and 1 remote for a very great price, much cheaper than the dealership would have charged me! I recommend anyone to use their service in time of need ! :-)

Professionalism is their trademark. I needed a new remote fob for my 2004 vehicle that has an aftermarket ignition alarm and cutoff switch. I couldn’t get the car started without the new fob. Jerry ordered the fob and came out to program it. He was on the phone with me daily to give advice on how to potentially disarm the alarm system. He is punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend Install-A-Lock without hesitation!

Not normally one to give reviews but had a very bad experience. Two weeks ago I had a copy of a building key made no problem, first try. I go back again and they try three different times to copy the same exact key, and all three times I came back because it didn't work. They ended up giving me a refund and telling me to find another place so "they don't waste any more keys." Went all around town trying to find another locksmith and was unsuccessful. Still don't have a copy of the key I need.
